color: #000000;\">Landlords: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Includes landlords, estate agents, property managers, real estate companies and service providers commissioned by them.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Platforms: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Includes real estate portals, CRM\/ERP systems and other digital solutions used by landlords to process rental enquiries.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89a7601 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89a7601\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol start=\"3\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Principle of data sharing<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Data is only shared via rentcard in accordance with the principle of voluntary, informed and self-determined data sharing by the user.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">This complies with the principles of the GDPR, in particular the principles:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">of data minimisation (Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR),<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">purpose limitation (Art. 5(1)(b) GDPR),<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">transparency (Art. 5(1)(a) GDPR)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; color: #000000;\">Creditworthiness information in the form of a traffic light display (green, yellow, red; no score, no detailed claims)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Result of the sanctions list check (\u2018possible match with link\u2019, \u2018no match\u2019)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Other documents that the user actively selects (e.g. employment contract, proof of income)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">The following data will not be disclosed:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Bank access data<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">TAN\/2FA data<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Complete account statements or transaction data<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
