B. der Jobcenter) \u00fcbernommen wird.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00dcber das Verm\u00f6gen des Mieters ein Insolvenzverfahren er\u00f6ffnet worden ist.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ohne jede Pflicht kann die Chancen auf die neue Wohnung steigen, wenn die Selbstauskunft durch einen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentcard.app\/de\/einkommensnachweis-fur-die-mietbewerbung\/\">Einkommensnachweis<\/a> erg\u00e4nzt wird.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Folgen haben Falschaussagen in der Mieterauskunft?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Es ist von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, bei der Beantwortung der Mieterselbstauskunft wahrheitsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Angaben zu machen.
